Lori & Sylvan's wedding was the epitome of intament and elegance. They shared their vows infront of a small group of close family and friends at the Annapolis Wedding Chapel then dinned and laughed (a lot) at Blackwall Hitch in Eastport, Maryland. Charlotte Jarrett events did a fabulous job with decor and planning. This "black tie" wedding cake was done by non-other than Cakes by Rachael.
